AMS is an Italian association that, since 2006, functions as a solidarity network for individuals and groups involved in political activities and social struggles caught by the repressive apparatus. The association helped dozens of comrades contributing to legal expenses and providing legal support and edited a book, now in its second edition, named “Stop al panico!” “Don’t panic!” that gives explanations on how the Italian legal framework works.
In the presentation, the latest developments of the Italian legal system will be discussed, focusing on the increasing criminalisation of political movements and social dissent.
